Inquire About LessonsMason is a Los Angeles guitarist, producer, and songwriter, and a graduate of the Studio Jazz Guitar program at USC's Thornton School of Music. He is signed to Sony Music Publishing and has earned two Grammy nominations along with multi-platinum and gold certifications.
His playing and production credits run across pop, hip-hop, R&B, Latin, K-pop, and alternative music, on projects totaling more than seven million records sold and over a billion streams worldwide. He teaches both guitar and music production, and brings the habits of a working studio into every lesson, from writing a part that serves the song to arranging and recording your own material.

Inquire About LessonsDavid is a Los Angeles based guitarist, producer, and educator with over a decade of professional experience. A graduate of the Jazz Studies program at Cal State Northridge, he earned multiple performance awards for his work with combo and big band ensembles.
His playing spans jazz, funk, rock, classical, and indie, which brings a well rounded perspective to both performance and teaching. David focuses on building strong technique and music theory foundations while keeping lessons engaging, supportive, and fun.

Inquire About LessonsEmilio is a Los Angeles based multi-instrumentalist with a passion for teaching, composing, and performing. He earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Performance and Composition from the California Institute of the Arts, where his love for music education first took root through tutoring classmates and mentoring younger musicians.
Today he continues to share that passion through teaching while writing, producing, and performing original music with his band, Triangle Fire. His well rounded approach inspires students to grow creatively, technically, and confidently.

Frequently Asked Questions
Music production lessons are 60 minutes only, at $90 per lesson, with no registration fees. Unlike our instrument lessons, we do not offer 30 or 45 minute production sessions. Getting a session open, working through an idea, and saving your progress simply takes the full hour.
If you already have a laptop and a program you like working in, bring it and we will build on what you have. If you are starting from scratch, reach out before your first lesson and your instructor will help you choose a setup that matches your budget and what you want to make.
No. Plenty of producers come to it from the listening side rather than the playing side. That said, all three instructors also teach guitar, and David and Emilio add bass, ukulele, and beginner piano, so if you want to build playing skills alongside production, that is easy to arrange.
There is no strict minimum. Production tends to suit students who are comfortable working on a computer and can stay focused for a full hour, which is often a little older than our instrument students. Reach out and we will talk through whether it is the right fit.
