Meet Our Violin, Brass & Woodwind Teachers
Madison is a versatile violinist and passionate music educator with over seven years of teaching experience. A 2015 graduate of Idyllwild Arts Academy, she moved to Los Angeles to study violin and songwriting at Pasadena City College, where she broadened her foundation through piano and voice. While there she won the school's concerto competition and performed the Butterfly Lovers Violin Concerto.
As a performer and writer she has contributed violin work for major artists including Billie Eilish, FINNEAS, and Zedd. Madison's teaching centers on nurturing each student's strengths, helping them build technical skill while staying connected to the joy of making music.
Eyén is an LA based musician and songwriter with experience across a wide range of genres and instruments. A recent graduate of USC Thornton's Popular Music Program, she also studied classical piano at the Colburn School of Music and pop violin under LA session musicians.
She has worked as a session and performing musician on piano and violin, collaborating with a range of artists while pursuing her own artist project. Eyén has also coached elementary school students with the music nonprofit Education Through Music Los Angeles. She brings her stage and studio experience into her teaching, helping students build a strong foundation and confidence across piano, violin, and voice.
Darryl is a seasoned music educator and performer with over 20 years of teaching experience. A graduate of Cal State Northridge, he specializes in brass and woodwind instruction and has performed nationally with renowned big bands, orchestras, and Motown acts.
Beyond the stage, he has played a pivotal role in the musical growth of countless young students throughout the community. Darryl's passion, expertise, and dedication make him a powerful force in both music education and performance.

Yes, students should bring their own violin, brass, or woodwind instrument to lessons. If you need help choosing or renting an instrument, we're happy to point you in the right direction.
Violin can be started as young as age 4-5 with a properly sized instrument. Brass and woodwind instruments are typically best started around age 8-10, depending on physical development. We're happy to discuss your child's readiness.
We offer three lesson options: 30 minutes ($45), 45 minutes ($68), or 60 minutes ($90). No registration fees. Choose the duration that best fits your goals.
Darryl teaches a wide range of brass instruments (trumpet, trombone, French horn, tuba) and woodwinds (saxophone, clarinet, flute, and more). Contact us to confirm availability for your specific instrument.
Yes. A good number of our students are adults, some starting from scratch and some returning after years away. Lessons are built around your goals and your schedule.
