Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below:
Exchanges: Accepted within 14 days of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Exclusions: Custom-made products, special orders, custom-assembled kits, and items that cannot be resold are not eligible. Vintage, used, and consignment items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of shipping damage.
Online Purchases: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and transaction fees on exchanges.
Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
Returns: Only accepted for warranty issues or if an item is damaged upon arrival.
