The Gibson Custom 1976 Les Paul Deluxe Reissue, VOS, Red Sparkle, is part of the Gibson Custom Limited Edition Collection. It features a mahogany and maple sandwich body construction with a carved maple top and is finished in VOS nitrocellulose lacquer.
The neck is constructed from 3-piece maple with an Authentic 1976 profile and long neck tenon. The rosewood fingerboard features trapezoid inlays, single-ply binding, a 12" radius, and reissue medium jumbo frets.
The guitar is equipped with mini humbucker pickups in both the neck and bridge positions. Controls include two volume, two tone, and a three-way toggle switch.
Hardware includes a Nashville Tune-O-Matic bridge, stop bar tailpiece, Kluson Deluxe tuners, chrome hardware, cream plastics, and gold top hat knobs with silver inserts. The guitar includes a Lifton reissue case.
