Martin D-18 Satin - Natural
The Martin D-18 Satin is a dreadnought acoustic guitar in the Standard Series. It features a solid spruce top with satin finish and solid mahogany back and sides. The body uses forward-shifted X-bracing with GE-scalloped braces and a dovetail neck joint construction.
The neck is made from select hardwood and features a GE Modified Low Oval profile with a high-performance taper. It has a 25.4" scale length and 20 frets, joining the body at the 14th fret. The ebony fingerboard includes abalone inlays and measures 1 3/4" at the nut and 2 1/8" at the 12th fret.
The bridge and fingerboard are ebony, and the guitar uses a compensated bone saddle and bone nut. Hardware includes nickel open-gear tuning machines with butterbean knobs.
The guitar does not include electronics and comes with a hardshell case. It is factory pleked and ships with phosphor bronze medium strings.
