Policies

Lessons are recurring at the same time each week, unless we are notified otherwise.

If a student's instructor is not present for the lesson, occasionally, a well qualified substitute may instead be provided for the lesson

With the exception of piano and drums, we require all students to provide their own instrument for lessons.

Cancellations

All lesson cancellations or rescheduling must be done with at least 36 hours notice.

Excessive cancellations may result in additional lesson charges or removal from schedule

Two excused absences and one emergency cancellation are permitted per calendar quarter
