Returns & Exchanges

At Grayson’s Tune Town, we accept exchanges within two weeks of purchase with a valid receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Certain items, such as custom-made products, special orders, custom-assembled kits, or items that cannot be resold, are not eligible for exchange. Vintage, used, and consignment items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage during shipping. For online purchases, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the damage.
