Bio: George began his classical guitar studies at the age of 13 when he was accepted at the prestigious Apollon Conservatory of Music in Greece. The following year he was already performing in student recitals and decided to immerse himself in the study of Jazz on the electric guitar. George attended the famed Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan at the age of 16 on a full scholarship, majoring in Classical and Jazz Guitar. He was accepted at USC’s Thornton School of Music as a Studio/Jazz Guitar major the following year. Upon graduating in 1998 George began performing professionally with some of the finest Jazz, Pop and Rock musicians and ensembles in Los Angeles, while at the same working his way up in the studio scene. He has recorded for Warner Bros., Universal Music Group, Sony and various independent production companies. He has recorded for the soundtracks of feature films, music for commercials and video games, as well as recorded with a variety of singers and groups. George has also been teaching music for the past 8 years.
